Terms of service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to your use of Haul Leads (the "service"), a subscription feed of newly registered U.S. trucking carriers and newly filed businesses for insurance agencies. By subscribing or using the service you agree to them.
1. What you get
Each day we send leads built from public data published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and, on plans that include New Businesses, from state business-entity filings (currently the Florida Division of Corporations), filtered to the states and options you chose. We do not create, verify or guarantee this data. FMCSA records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a carrier's insurance status can change after we send it.
2. Your responsibility for calls, texts and emails (TCPA/DNC)
Many carriers list a personal cell phone. You alone are responsible for complying with every law that applies when you contact a lead, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry and any state do-not-call lists, state telemarketing and mini-TCPA laws, and CAN-SPAM for email. Before calling or texting a lead, you must scrub numbers against the applicable DNC lists, obtain any consent the law requires (for example, before using an autodialer or prerecorded messages, or before texting), honor opt-out requests, and keep your own records. Haul Leads does not obtain consent from carriers on your behalf. You agree to indemnify Haul Leads against claims that arise from how you or your staff contact leads.
3. Acceptable use
Leads are for your agency's own prospecting. You may not resell, republish or share the feed outside your agency, or use it to harass anyone. Seats and states are limited to your plan.
4. Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; see the refund & cancellation policy. We do not refund partial months. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. No warranty; limit of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Haul Leads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
6. Ending service
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, in particular section 2 or 3.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email subscribers about material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
8. Contact
How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy. Questions about these terms: gabefletch11@gmail.com.
